I've worked with and on startups my whole career, and the tradeoff for exciting growth and incredible velocity has always been a relentless work culture. Not so with Tracksuit! I've never felt more supported and enjoyed my daily work as much, not to mention the rocketship growth you still get to experience.

Strong talent density. A company that genuinely cares about employee work experience. Fantastic brand that allows us to attract top talent. Scaling fast and a genuine defensible moat. Solid equity and comp packages. And finally, an incredible ICP who are innovative and care about building their career whilst we build the company. This dynamic makes the space super interesting.

The company is moving fast, and you will need to reinvent your role every 6 months (for people driven by learning, this will be a good signal).
