I’ve had a very fulfilling experience working at Tractor Junction as a Content Manager. It’s one of those rare places where content is not treated as an afterthought, but as a core business driver. What I loved most is the ownership and trust given to the content team. From brand stories to videos, and campaign content—everything we create has a clear impact on traffic, engagement, and business outcomes. You get to work very closely with product, marketing, video, and performance teams, which really sharpens your thinking beyond just “creating content.” The learning curve is steep but rewarding. The agri-tech and rural commerce space is complex, and that pushes you to deeply understand the audience, not just chase keywords. Leadership (including the founders) is accessible and open to ideas, which makes your work feel meaningful. The culture is performance-oriented but fair. If you are proactive, data-driven, and willing to take responsibility, you’ll grow fast. There’s a strong sense of building something impactful for Bharat, which adds purpose to everyday work.
Minpunten
Fast-paced environment may feel demanding at times Travel comes at short notice
Pluspunten
I’ve been working as a Program Manager in the FINJ (loan aggregation) vertical at Tractor Junction, and it has been a highly enriching experience overall. The role offers strong ownership—right from lender integrations and process design to improving funnel efficiency and coordinating across sales, credit, tech, and operations teams. What stands out the most is the pace of execution. Decisions are taken quickly, and ideas move from discussion to implementation without unnecessary bureaucracy. The leadership team is approachable and deeply involved, which gives clarity on priorities and long-term direction, especially in a complex space like rural and semi-urban lending. The learning curve is steep. Working in FINJ gives great exposure to NBFCs, banks, credit policies, and the nuances of rural loan aggregation at scale. It’s a demanding environment, but also very rewarding if you enjoy problem-solving and building systems from scratch.
Minpunten
the fast growth sometimes means stretched timelines and evolving processes, which can be challenging. Better documentation and slightly more structured planning would help as the team scales further.
