Leadership/management is excellent. Traders does a great job of making sure they choose the best managers/supervisors for the role and I've always had the proper amount of support I've needed from them. They also listen to feedback from all employees well and respond promptly. Traders is a smaller company which is an advantage, you will be valued here as opposed to large corporations where you can often feel like a number on a spreadsheet. Every department within Traders understands how their role affects the overall business which makes you appreciate the work that you do. They are flexible on remote work and have always been accommodating on items outside of work anytime I've needed it. The culture and people are what really make the company. Everybody is very friendly and effort is made to make you feel like you fit in and are heard.
