Great and understanding manager (certain department like mine) Great working hours Low power distance (unlike Malaysian culture) Cool environment, team, and friends (again.. certain department like mine) Great bonding activities every now and then Casual working attire

The job itself, and the expectations Have to deal with negative vibes from loud and negative people since it's an open office concept Some managers (from other department) loves to yell. So annoying. Low individual respect portrayed The salary... ugh The benefits is not great Follows AU working calendar but with no OT or extra allowance. PFFTT
