Their Software Engineering Management is abysmal. They do not follow Software Development best practices. The management is constantly changing architecture and design while the coding is going on. There is no peer review and release and test are performed simultaneously. There is a complete absence of code documentation. It is written after the fact and there are absolutely no release notes. Testing is not supposed to be an afterthought or cutback when the schedule gets tight. It is an integral part of software development that needs to be planned and they perform no integration testing.
