Honestly the only pro I can think of here are the coworkers. Nearly everyone not in a management position is competent and friendly

Minpunten

Everything else. Upper management is so out of touch with reality and trusts their employees so little that every second of the day is micromanaged. And if the micromanager forgets to follow through, you better be ready to take the heat for him.

Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
