It’s a paycheck with little risk of being fired

Minpunten

Management is totally adrift with little idea of where to take the company next. Balloons in the breeze have a better understanding of where they’re headed. Pet projects have overwhelmed engineering to the point actual products are suffering. Anger at they’re own inability to read market trends has somehow provided management with the gall to attempt bullying customers. No opportunity for growth in this good ol boys club.
