Lack of team work and cohesiveness. Everyone worked in silos. Poor communication. There was pre - conceived performance expectations that were not formally communicated to staff. Managers did not provide a plan of deliverables for budgets. No underlying budget assumptions . Employees were basically set up for failure. Lack of direction from managers.Terrible experience. Wish I had never worked there.
