Had the pleasure to work with a great team with a smart and realistic manager. Managing projects was fun and interesting for the first couple of months.
Minpunten
The disjointed nature of the company and its teams (sales and production in particular) had a major negative impact on my experience. Mobility is dependent on an arbitrary number of years worked rather than merit. Suggestions to change processes are met with indifference.
