You will get emails marked "extremely urgent" at 3am, so it can sometimes be a bit stressful as you have to constantly keep up on your emails - Because all communication is via email or via a portal, instructions can sometimes be a bit unclear and confusing, Different people might want things a different way, which can be frustrating at times
