      Minpunten

      I had a new manager every year and had Junior removed from my title, but was never offered a raise. They blocked the Glassdoor website when in the office. I created multiple applications and never received fair compensation or acknowledgement. We used Machine Translation on multiple products without telling our clients.

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Minpunten

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pluspunten

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Minpunten

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
