Since working remotely in March 2020, there has been huge flexibility in terms of working exclusive remotely or allowing for working from the office at our own frequency

Busier work periods due to opening up of COVID is having a telltale impact on team stress levels

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
