Pluspunten

Great coworkers and great managers. Ability to take on strategic initiatives that interest you. Benefits are pretty good (healthcare, dental etc). Ability to relocate to another office if in good standing

Minpunten

Pay is not the best and is tight in expensive cities, difficulty transitioning within company to other roles/departments, sometimes lack of transparency to those lower down the hierarchy. Work life balance really depends on your department/team. Some have good work life balance, others none at all

Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

Minpunten

Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
