- Full of young, highly intelligent, forward thinking and innovative individuals - Easy to make cross-collaborative connections between teams and get involved in social events - Training programme is incredibly diligent, with clear milestones and ongoing support

Minpunten

- Work-life balance preached and suggested but contradicted and not enforced - Level of managerial support depends on the manager - Same issues reoccur (burnout, lack of salary progression, work overload for competent workers) without resolution - Approvals take too long as required from highest level

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
