Good officle localization, international teams

Minpunten

High levels of micromanagement. Low salaries. Very corporate structures. Employees overwhelmed and burnout resulting in high turnover. Team leads ill-prepared to do their jobs properly. No work-life balance.

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
