- Located in the centre of Barcelona. - The teams themselves are great. - Restaurant card that is refilled monthly.

Minpunten

- A majority of the teams are junior people who have not been trained properly for their respective job roles. - Senior experts are not listened to, the internal organisation is a mess and the quality is greatly affected by this. - Salary and bonus agreements are not honored.

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
