Covid-19 changes to the sales process - ugh, please! Covid-19 forcing changes to our workforce - sorry to see great people sidelined. Love to get them back soon. Inability to travel - ouch. Being in Seattle while the team are in Ireland requires a flexible schedule - not really a con, more "interesting."
