The culture often felt more focused on control than trust, with heavy micromanagement and inconsistent communication from leadership. While flexibility and support were often mentioned, the day-to-day experience didn’t always reflect that—especially around PTO, illness, and work-life balance. Turnover was noticeably high, and many employees seemed burned out but hesitant to speak openly. Overall, the environment often felt emotionally draining and lacking psychological safety.
