No proper guidance. The leadership team is the worst. HR is biased. If you speak your mind you will be punished and told that your image is tarnished. TD2 promotes their friends. TD2 does not keep up with the industry, they are so far behind the curve. TD2 is not willing to learn or grow. Leadership needs to step down. TD2 hires people without experience, which shows when you are introduced to the present employees. TD2 reminds me of a cult because if you are not in the 'click' with inexperienced managers, key leaders, and HR you will not be promoted that is why TD2 has a high turnover. I cannot grow at TD2. I am unhappy here and looking elsewhere.
