No benefits except what's legally required. It's a family owned business. They employ many of their family members. They work with lots of red tape and run it like a mafia. They also have their favourites. They seem to have no direction or ethics when it comes to their clients, vendors or staff. Very unprofessional behaviour. If only their clients knew. They also regularly "win" many awards, just google how to win a magazine award. Oh and don't expect a pay rise.
