Earn the same as another part-time gig, with far fewer hours. Allows you to have a work/life balance. Easy work. Work at your own pace, no micromanagers. Paid holidays, 401k with match, able to pick up extra properties for extra cash, I've lost weight!

Minpunten

Pay increases are far fewer in between. Supply your own truck. Some residents don't follow the rules. Infractions are useless if the property isn't going to hold the residents accountable. The paystubs are still unclear on how hourly pay is calculated, it differs every pay period.
