The co-founders' behavior showcased a stunning level of incompetence and lack of vision. They consistently made ill-informed decisions that hindered the company's progress. they changed the company vision through workshops every 6 months. Their inability to communicate effectively led to confusion among the employees, resulting in a disorganized work environment. Their reluctance to seek feedback or listen to the team's concerns created an atmosphere of frustration and demotivation. Their constant changing of priorities added unnecessary stress to the already demanding startup workload. The co-founders don't get along, it shows with lack of strategy and decisiveness. I cannot recommend this company.
