Need to do lots of circus to get your actual salary as mentioned in offer letter. More dedication work impacts -ve feedback on your job. Sad but truth: Illiterate newly joined Probation period VP's can fire 2year experienced employees. No soft corner & no sense of humar, Managenent failed to monitor and Not capable to review everyones performance. No time sense. No proper training program for freshers. Lots of confusions for this existing employees whether to continue work or to break the bond. Brain wash sympathising by giving gifts to only experienced people.
