Pluspunten
• The majority of the team works remote so there are tools and processes in place that make remote work very easy and doesn't interrupt communication or workflow.
• Materials provided for working from home, I've never felt like I was missing anything.
• Fairly flexible schedule as long as work is done and standards are met.
• Compensation and other benefits are great, management is always looking for new ways to reward hard work and show appreciation for employees.
• Smaller organization so there's opportunity to work on multiple projects. Voices are always heard and everyone has a say in process/workflow improvements.
Minpunten
• Still feels like a startup, growth is rapid and with that comes growing pains, you have to be ready to jump in and help which may not be what everyone's looking for.
• Full-time remote work is great most of the time, but can have downsides for some.
