      -Severe under-staffing leading to unsafe situations -Involuntary overtime (the next shift just not showing up, and on call/team leaders unwilling to fill in) -Lack of communication from team leaders and management -Lack of recognition

      Pluspunten

      Trinity has helped me grow personally and professionally. I feel like I have been given opportunities to grow and learn and challenge myself. When I am stressed people often support me.

      Minpunten

      We take people who are very challenging and at times, I think that we do not get enough background during emergency situations from other providers. It would be good if the people placing people in our services provided Trinity with more history so we can better support people immediately during transitions.

      I love working in such a positive atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful and nice to be around. Trinity is a wonderful place to work and a very rewarding job. The leadership and staff acknowledge your hard work. This makes coming to work so much more enjoyable. They value your work and family life.

      No, I feel like Trinity does everything to make their employees happy. They listen and are willing to help in any way they can.
