Recent buyout has pushed the company into a staff aug model leaving little room for real consulting.

My team has been wonderful and supportive. Usually after I start a contract my contract company doesn't do much except contact me if I don't turn in a timesheet. At Trissential they check in monthly and I know they would be there if I had any issues. They even helped me find a second contract after my initial contract ended.
