Pay is ok and the operations /HR team has some good people who mean well and treat you well.

Company strategy has not evolved. The business model is simply a resource placement model with no structures or pillars to support. No service line innovations. No learning and development. Your career won’t advance. People leave the company in pretty much the same role they entered.

My team has been wonderful and supportive. Usually after I start a contract my contract company doesn't do much except contact me if I don't turn in a timesheet. At Trissential they check in monthly and I know they would be there if I had any issues. They even helped me find a second contract after my initial contract ended.
