The culture has become toxic and divisive — collaboration has been replaced with fear and favoritism. Leadership often rewards the loudest voices rather than the most effective or ethical performers. Poor communication and inconsistent expectations across teams; what’s praised one week is criticized the next. Favoritism and cliques create a sense of exclusion and mistrust, making it hard to build true teamwork.
