Working at Trueform shocked me on a daily basis. I was surprised by the unprofessional communication style displayed by certain employees, which at times felt very inappropriate for a workplace setting. Some conversations of which I heard, were honestly quite vulgar.
Additionally, I was not provided with the necessary technical equipment for my role and had to rely on my own resources to complete my work. There was also a noticeable lack of organisation within my department, coupled with some staff members displaying unprofessional behaviour.
It also became clear that my manager lacked effective leadership skills, resulting in minimal support and guidance in my role.
I would avoid working here.
