The low paid people ...well anyone under management are very nice. Most managers were all friends and partied together. The would openly make fun of the owners before it was sold to the bank. I used to manage the network or so called network before i upgraded everything as i was instructed. After 4+ years of managing the network, the so called man i use to report too started hiring people around me to cover certain positions like trying to automate windows AD and images for the local computers, along with another young guy who ended up with me teaching him about the network. This was my queue that something was coming. I use to build servers for a certain programmer and let him know they were done, he would then find out that something didn't work and instead of letting me know so i could fix, he would let my boss know that i didn't create the server image right . That was the roll of most people...very back stabbing ...most of the people i met were very unprofessional. On a Friday i worked the entire day at the end of the day i was walked into a room and given a severance and had to sign a NDA that i would not talk bad about the company and let go.
