Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience working at this company. I found that there were several issues that made it challenging to work here.

The hiring process at this company was highly unprofessional. On their website and in YouTube videos, they promised to match us with suitable clients as soon as we completed the vetting process. However, the reality was quite different. After completing the vetting process and negotiating my hourly rate with the hiring HR, I was told that I would be matched within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for almost 6 months, only to be matched with a client who offered a rate 70% lower than what was promised. The work culture at this client assignment was extremely toxic, with no consideration for work-life balance. Although we were officially expected to work 8 hours per day, we were pressured to deliver a week's worth of work in that time. Every week, our performance was analyzed, and we were subject to 1:1 meetings with the HR team. The company expected us to work like slaves, with no regard for our well-being. I made the mistake of leaving my permanent job to join this company, based on their false promises on social media. However, I soon realized that I had made a grave error. Despite waiting for 3 months for another match, nobody took responsibility for matching me with a suitable client. I strongly advise against joining this company and wasting your valuable time on their useless vetting process.
