Poor product execution in the Building Services sector, the product has fundamental HW and SW design issues that are plaguing profitability. Leadership lacks direction and stability, the UK leadership waits for direction from the wider company that does not seem to be available hence squanders its resource. The CEO seems to lack key leadership skills, he regularly visits sites and does not interact with its employees, he encourages transparency and 'difficult questions' but never seems to takes on-board or listens to the criticism. There are considerable pay-gaps that have been apparent for nearly 2 years now and multiple promises of resolution that have continually failed to materialise. Siloed culture pockets, major US/UK rift at all levels of the organisation.
