Pluspunten
One of the few good things about working at UBS is that they are more laid back than the Goldmans and JPM's of the world. This is a double edged sword however. A seemingly simple task can require powerpoint after powerpoint presentation to endless committees before it is ok'd. Way too much bureaucracy.
Minpunten
Way too much bureaucracy. Getting something done requires jumping through hoops. Salaries are lower than on the street and as a result employee motivation is not high. Budgets were constantly being rejigged even part way through the year.
