Pluspunten

takes quite a bit to fire people, you can slack and do nothing and it will take a few years to fire you

Minpunten

over 50% of Executive Directors don't have more than 1 direct report, but the requirement to be an Executive Director is to have people report to you, people who are strong individual contributors are not rewarded when they work more than some EDs who got the title as a stroke of luck since they treat people differently.

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Minpunten

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
