      Career Opportunities provided including global mobility opportunities. Work/Life Balance is recognized by management as a key necessity and is part of the culture. Tuition Reimbursement provides me a great opportunity to pursue my MBA part-time.

      Minpunten

      Morale is low right now. Leadership changes have been occurring frequently, along with constant re-organizations of departments within the Investment Bank, and department names. There are rumors of continual troubles, and articles in the press constantly which affect our image and the morale of employees. A lot of uncertainty right now.

      Pluspunten

      I learned a lot while interning here. The staff took time to get to know me. They each introduced me to different aspects of the business and their specific role,s which gave me great exposure to the business. They were flexible on hours and understanding when I had a family emergency in a way other employers have not been or did not need to.

      Minpunten

      Not a low-effort position, and could get overwhelming if you were not prepared.

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Minpunten

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
