Pluspunten
Management is reasonable and easy to work with. I appreciated the opportunities for extra hours on weekends or to help move equipment. The work can be mundane so I don't recommend working more than 10 hours a week. The job had minimal supervision so it was nice to be able to go to work after class and talk with coworkers and relax. For an entry-level, student job - I would recommend.
Minpunten
The work can get boring quickly, unless you take initiative to ask for different responsibilities. Sometimes communication with management is unclear or difficult because they are also professors teaching classes with busy schedules. The work itself is straight forward but the overall structure of the job is disorganized. This is not a job that will help career advancement unless you are able to do further research with the professor. You honestly will never use these skills in any other context.
