You are allowed 5 discretionary days a year and your "Manager" has a hard time allowing you to take the time off. They promote who they want to promote even if your education background surpasses what it "Required". They claim you need a college degree but there are "Full Time Supervisors" with absolutely no degrees, SMH LOL. UPS upper management has No Respect for their part time supervisors, we are belittled infront of hourly employees and under-minded as well. The "Union" protects the houlry employee no matter how wrong they are, you can get fired 100 times and still keep your job unless you get caught stealing. Stop forcing your employees to give to "United Way" if a person does not want to give then they don't have to, If they was more then employees would give more.
