The pay is ok and the benefits are good Some of the people are decent people just (understandably) frustrated with some of the things they have to deal with
Minpunten
I can go on forever, upper management is horrible. Refusing to provide water for its employees unless it's above 90 degrees (but they order food for themselves everyday). That's on top of deliberately working with a small workforce. So on top of not having as much people as it would ideally take to get the job done, the few we do have are forced to tolerate garbage. I know it's probably not like this everywhere, but in Newark NJ, it sure is. Unless you're willing to be someone's lapdog, avoid getting into management. Understand that until you become a manager, you are not allowed an opinion, no one is interested in any of your concerns, no one gives a crap how good of a person you are or how hard you try. All they want to do is get as much as they can out of you and run you into the ground. To say they take advantage of their people would be an understatement. If you can, avoid this company. If you're undecided wether or not you wanna stay with the company, I'm telling you right now to leave. If you're young, go back to school. Don't waste your time on this company.
