Job Stability. They seem to have a "non-fire" policy. Just listen to your management and you will be fine. Poor systems and lack of automation allows people who are only able to do menial job a place in the company.
Minpunten
Pay is low (industry issue). Poor work life balance. A culture of just doing without questioning results in low personal growth. Perks and benefits are limited as well. A very negative culture. Employees are taught to be conservative and never encouraged to try new stuff to improve process, business etc.
