Pay is ok, mainly health care is what people are hanging on too, otherwise ask anyone and they'll tell you if it wasn't for health care they'd quit.

If your a hard worker then your screwed, they will look at you as the clean-up man, you get your ton of work done, now go pick up everyone elses slack and they will run you into the ground and not give a 2cent, all the while your thinking if you do this maybe they'll notice, LMAO.
