The *only* reason to work here is if you're desperately in need of a paycheck. The only other perk is that it's 4 hours a day.
Minpunten
The ever-rising production demand, the slave-labor expectations, no benefits for a full year (and you NEED them; they will break your back for pennies), pay that is not competitive for the amount of work you'll be doing(standard in Raleigh is $8.50, UPS is $10), constant problems with turnover because of all-aforementioned issues lead to continuous understaffing of the plant which you'll get to pick up the slack for (with no additional pay for it). When peak season comes along you're expected to work as a full-time employee, but without the benefits (8+ hour days) The biggest, most constant complaint I can explain though is the endless expectations of "More more more!" from the workers. Work extra hours, pick up the slack, come in early and go home late, pick up the slack from forcing more packages down the belt than the facility was built to handle, move faster, load faster, load better! But you're not ever given *anything* other than the threat of termination for not adhering to the ever-increasing demands for more production.
