Pays , benefits , opportunities, team environment with good communication. Company is flexible and allows for a good work and personal life balance

There was a lot of top level turn over. CEO'S VPs and directors were getting fired left and right . If you have a leadership position you must produce or you will be let go without hesitation. As an employee there is a lot of change so you must be willing to change with it.
