My experience with UST has been extremely disappointing. They create false hope by promising long-term projects and stability, but the reality is far from it. UST functions more like a staffing agency than a tech company — they hire quickly and fire just as easily, often without proper reasoning or notice. There is little to no transparency in communication. They onboard employees with the promise of solid projects and career growth, only to leave them on the bench or release them abruptly if the client doesn’t move forward. It feels like they are playing with people’s lives and careers without any accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for job security, career progression, or even basic respect as a professional. UST needs to take responsibility for how it treats its employees.

The work-from-home environment provides great flexibility, making it easier to balance personal and professional responsibilities. I’ve found my compensation to be competitive within the industry, and my manager has been consistently supportive and approachable. It’s also exciting to be part of a fast-growing, privately held company where there are plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute.
