Renumeration is typically in line with industry standards. Assuming you make it to a position to where you are offered a job and need the money, I would take it and use the system to the max of your ability.
Minpunten
Time is not respected from anyone in this company. Expect your availability to be 24 hours a day 7 days a week even on your vacation if you make it that far, most do not. Company goals and or vision are not shared throughout the organization or communicated properly. Turnover is atrocious which is easily indicative of the company's culture or shortcomings. Be diligent in your research, learning the companies mantra (E3) and then reading the warning signs of a company culture that is not suitable for long-term growth.
