None other than good colleagues and on time salary. Glassdoor really should remove minimum 20 words restriction as I am unable to find anything more to write.

Minpunten

1. Fake offer letter for permanent employees. 2. Fake attitude of HR people. 3. One man running the show. 4. Have to have numorous followups to manage every single HR/Admin work done. 5. No notice periode in terms of termination even if offer letter says so. 6. Repititive fake promises by upper management.

Good connection with tech client especially in Europe. Can get news for new job opportunities pretty quick when comparing with other recruitment company.

Minpunten

Very slow and unprofessional communication. Even after you got selected for the job, there is chance that you might not get one. Please always confirm directly with the client. Advice for any candidates: if you feel that the process is too slow when you got selected, there is very high chance that you might not get hired or even might not get selected in the first place.
