Well the working environment was awesome, i think it's the most free environment i've ever seen in a company.

Minpunten

The main con lies within the top management, to be precise. It lacks everything. Though i was lucky that i was with the most brilliant among them all.

Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
