Excellent people, help to grow, decent work quality as well.

Minpunten

Absolutely no pay, no retention policy, lies and deceit when it comes to negotiation, and a pathetic management. Hiring based on affiliation to other institutions hampers the quality of the workforce as well.

Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

Minpunten

Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
