- Policies change every 6 month - Your evolution criteria will be changed after the cycle completion - Favoritism is deep rooted. I have seen employees getting widely different increments for the same rating and promotions happening out of turn. Promotions are given to those who either have escalations or just sit silently doing projects for months. - If you are looking for onsite opportunity don't join. All the work is offshore now. - Seen people getting fired for their opinions. - Just notice the drop in the ratings towards the end of 2020 and then the sudden spike.
