Pluspunten

Crews get along well. Only way to keep your sanity most days os the other crew members.

Minpunten

Long days, short nights, 6-8 legs a day, no consideration for food during the long days, have to find your own transportation to hotels on your own dime. Have not paid into their 401 plan in over a year. Owner still thinks he gives the best pay and best benefits. They were probably in 2009.

It started out with good intentions. The concept is good, but in order to offer what the company is offering (the passengers), they must first have the means to do so. And although this company had every good intention in the beginning, they fell short. Prices are good. Customer Service is great!

Minpunten

Salary is so-so. Food is prepared in a back room, or on the aircraft. Nothing is done sanitary. Sometimes you are asked to "fudge" a time sheet. You will be told (upon hiring) what salary & raises to expect....DON'T expect them. The aircraft are "cheaper" for you to maintain, but they are USELESS for your purpose.
