This in turn frustrates clients and makes doing your job much harder. - overseas management does not understand the US market and why sales are lagging. Believes that just the brand name alone is enough "marketing" - Lack of sales planning in relation to the US market. Expect new product to be outdated immediately. Odd mentality to acquire niche IPs that do not do well with the client base. - prices are at the whim of overseas management and the Yen exchange rate. You will not be able to sell anything with razor thin margins. - Do not expect the company to survive the upcoming tariffs since this would make the already bad pricing even worse.
